Return and Refund Policy for Digital Products
1. No Refunds After Download
All our digital products (sample packs, presets, plugins, etc.) are available for immediate download upon purchase. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the download is complete. Please carefully review the product description before making a purchase.
2. Defective or Corrupted Files
If you experience issues with the downloaded file (e.g., file corruption or unspecified compatibility problems), contact us within 7 days of purchase at sheeninthebox.blog@gmail.com with a detailed description of the issue. We will provide technical support and, if necessary, a replacement file.
3. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us within 48 hours with proof of purchase. After verification, we may offer a refund for the duplicate purchase or provide store credit for future use.
4. Demo Versions and Previews
To prevent any issues, we offer video previews: so you can evaluate the product before purchasing.
